New owner, Dale Ammon, has always been intrigued by starting his own business. From an early age, he watched his family members run their businesses—from his grandfather’s electric company to his now father-in-law’s furniture business. Dale and his family have built five houses together—he definitely knows his way around a home! Dale also has previous experience as a business owner, partnering with his son to run a remodeling company. It’s clear why he chose the home inspection industry!
After careful consideration and years of research, Dale chose to purchase a HomeTeam franchise because of its team concept, trusted leadership, commitment to excellence, and organizational support of fellow owners.
Dale’s background before HomeTeam in sales and marketing will help him become successful in the real estate field. He worked 27-years in the pharmaceutical industry for Pfizer where he was a consultant in sales management. His leadership skills drive others to be the best in all they do.
Dale is very involved within the swimming community. He had the unique opportunity to be a Paralympic swimming official for the U.S. Olympic trials—twice! He’s a part of the U.S. and Colorado Swimming Board of Directors and the Colorado Stars Board. Dale also played water polo at a Division I college!
Other than swim officiating, Dale enjoys golfing, skiing, gardening, and bird hunting in his spare time. He also enjoys helping his kids remodel their homes.
