Danny Hemchand is the newest HomeTeam owner! Danny served in the United States Air Force for four years before deciding to purchase a HomeTeam franchise. He grew up in New York City and currently resides 45-minutes outside Manhattan in Croton-on-Hudson.

Danny has always had a passion for real estate, gaining three years of real estate tax experience at a big four accounting firm. He spent many years learning about real estate as a financial asset and can now look at it from a home inspector’s perspective.
