Sam is an Atlanta native. He graduated from the University of Georgia. Upon obtaining his degree, he moved to the Northeast for his first sales job. His career took him from New England to Ohio then back to Georgia. Sam worked as a vice president of sales and marketing in the corporate arena for over 25 years.
Approached by a franchise broker from the Entrepreneur Source, Sam’s interest in business ownership was sparked. HomeTeam’s “sales-first,” agent services approach to the home inspection market appealed to him. Not one who likes to be confined in an office, he looks forward to being in the field selling, networking, and performing home inspections.
Sam plans to network and build relationships within his community by serving and joining local civic clubs. Sam lives with his wife, Tracy, who is a local realtor. Tracy will support the business by marketing to her fellow realtors, builders, and developers. They have one daughter who resides in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His hobbies include traveling, golfing, watching college football, and spending time outdoors.
