Before HomeTeam, Lance worked in sales and management for over twenty years. His territory, HomeTeam of Southern Utah, posed a great opportunity since the cities within them are quickly developing. St. George, UT is in the top ten fastest growing medium-sized cities in the United States. Washington and Iron County are both predicted to grow by over 25% in the next ten years and possibly double by 2050.
Lance was initially attracted to HomeTeam because of its unique team approach, but once he realized the extensive support provided by corporate his decision was solidified.
In his time off, Lance enjoys visiting national parks, hiking, and spending time with family. He also coaches youth soccer. Lance isn’t originally from Utah but moving out West has definitely been one of the most interesting decisions he’s made. Fun fact: Lance once played the guitar with Nikki Sixx from Motley Crue!
