Owner Fran Grenier served in the US Navy from 1983-1988 as an Engineering Laboratory Technician aboard the USS Enterprise. Over the past 20 years he has had a successful career in the Nuclear Power Field, working in Radiation Protection and Chemistry and owned several rental properties. At one point he owned the most sorority & fraternity houses in Glassboro, NJ. With his extensive experience buying and selling real estate, Fran has always enjoyed the inspection and walkthrough process. “I am excited to be a HomeTeam franchise owner because they have a proven model for success,” Fran stated.

Fran is married, and his wife is the vice president of the corporation. His hobbies include managing rental properties and promoting Shade Trees around town. Fran and his wife have been involved with the Woodstown by Candlelight Tour for 15 years and have heavily supported the Woodstown Shade Tree Committee which organizes their local Arbor Day ceremony.
