New owner Chad is originally from Texas but has called the Carolinas home for almost 20 years. He has a BBA from Baylor University and has spent a majority of his career in sales and customer service. Chad was interested in HomeTeam because of the technology, systems, and support offered to franchise owners from the corporate office.
Chad stated “I chose the home inspection industry after receiving a less than satisfactory home inspection myself. This field allows the opportunity to balance home and work lives.”

Chad and his wife Amy own the business jointly and have two children. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his family, cheering on the Panthers and Baylor Bears, or running a marathon (he has ran in 10 marathons). He is very involved in their church and leads the k-5th grade worship service. One fascinating fact about Chad is after college he moved to Nashville and started his own record label and publishing company.
