Welcoming, Ronald “Ron” Hill, our newest franchise owner in South Jacksonville, Florida. He comes from a 20-year career with Fortune 500 companies in the consumer-packaged goods industry. Ron’s wife, Deanna, who he’s been married to for 23 years, was an attorney and is now a college professor.
The couple have two sons together—Ryan is 16 and Brandon is 19. Ryan attends Florida State University and Brandon is a junior in high school. Corporate relocation has allowed the family to live in several states including—Illinois, Iowa, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. They now reside in South Jacksonville and are looking forward to opening their business in Florida.
Ron decided to go into the home inspection industry because of the opportunity and growth potential it provides.

Ron volunteers his time at the Fleming Island High School Marching Band. He is also a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and does community work with their graduate chapter.
Cooking, grilling, golfing, reading, and enjoying time with his family are his favorite pastimes.
His ‘claim to fame’ entails meeting jazz musician, John Birks “Dizzy” Gillespie, and other famous professional sports players and people in the entertainment industry.
